Registration Instructions:

1. Choose your personal registration option: 8 person or 4 person team** (if you are paying for a full team, purchase your team members' vouchers in the billing section. Email the vouchers to each team member for them to enter their waivers and personal information. Multiple racers can be purchased in this registration if waiver signatures can be filled in.)

2. Create or join a team: Teams do not have to be complete to be created.  Sign up now and additional team members can join up to Aug 10, 2025. 

No Team? No problem.  Add yourself to one of our open teams.  (Choose from the competitive, recreational, all women, or mixed).

**The 8 person team can be made of 5-8 runners. For less than 8 runners, some team members will have to do additional laps to complete 24 laps. 

Stuff happens- racers can be changed anytime prior to the event or you can defer your entry to 2026.  No refunds will be provided for any reason.  

Special Event Meals: Fuel up!

Dinners will be available for pick up between 5pm and 8pm on Friday and/or Saturday evenings

If you are using a voucher code purchased at the EarlyBird rate, you are responsible for covering the difference in the current rate and Earlybird rate.

Voucher Instructions:

If you are paying for runners (who are not your children), they must register seperately.  Add a voucher below, that they can use to register without charge.
